Thank you so much for doing this each week. My students love it and are so happy when I announce we will watch/listen to you read and answer questions. They love connecting with you and learning more about you as well. You are amazing!

  2. Thank Lynda! You’re the best.

Thank you for reading to us and answering questions. We have a few questions for you.
How long did it take you to write and publish this book?
    Do you have any pets?
What is your favorite part of the book? (If it comes later than chapter 24 we can wait.)
What are other books are you writing?
How do you come up with characters for your stories?
If you could live anywhere, where would you live?
What will your next book be called?
Did you find a teacher that changed your life?
    Your friends in Room 1!

  4. Thank you so much for doing this each week. You are making GRA an incredible experience for my students and myself. This week’s video was FANTASTIC! It resonated with the kids and led to great discussion about our own differences.

Thank you for all you are doing to make GRA awesome for kids everywhere. We love that it looks like your video timing is fixed!

  6. Love those book titles behind you too! 😊 Nice listening!

My class is LOVING your book, “Fish in a Tree”! Thanks so much for writing it. Some of my students had questions we wondered if you could answer:
    1. Was your grandfather important to you?
    2. Are you going to write a sequel to Fish in a Tree?
    3. When you were in school, did your brother help you with your homework? Are you close to your brother?

my teacher read me fish in a tree, and suddenly, everything that seemed impossible, suddenly became POSSIBLE. it also made me have an idea about why some kids in my class cant do things that others can do.
